Last time I blogged here, United were well on their way for a 20th title. But since then, we've conspired to let valuable points slip away against Everton and then lose at Wastelands to all but hand the title to our neighbours.
Its disgusting stuff quite frankly, as you'd expect United, of all teams in the division,to hold on to an 8 point lead with a handful of games left. For all our shortcomings in the middle, we could still have won this title comfortably. 4-2 up with 7 minutes left on the clock and 4-4 at full time...just awful stuff.
I mean you know you're in the brown stuff when you're relying n QPR to avoid defeat at the Etihad to stand a chance of wining the title. If we don't win it, as is the more likely scenario, the 2012 title was lost in those 7 minutes against Everton.
