vs SUNDERLAND COMMENT!

After two weeks without football, we finally got to see United play yesterday--at home again and this time against a tricky Sunderland side.

In truth we could have won by a much bigger scoreline but we'll take 2-0 as it preserves our lead at the top of the table as well as extending our unbeaten start to the season to 17 games.
Dimitar Berbertov might just soon find himself getting the nod when it comes to the crunch games as he's quickly winning over even more critics. A second consecutive man of the match award definitely did no harm to him as far as that is concerned.

The one glitch that still hovers over our season so far is our away form. One win and five draws away from home means that our two games in hand plus the game away to Birmingham tomorrow are going to severely test us. We've done well on the expansive Old Trafford Pitch but how we cope on the relatively smaller St. Andrews and the like could be what ultimately defines our season.
