BUSASPOR-----THE FIRST OF MANY GAMES WITHOUT WAYNE ROONEY!

Sigh.

Sir Alex has confirmed in his press conference that Wayne wants out of United. You've all been following the story so no need to start from that March date in Munich but it's been known by the manager since the start of the season that Wayne had turned down a contract extension at United.
Where he ends up, it remains to be seen but that is that for now.

We take on Busaspor in the Champions League on Wednesday at home---a winnable game, and one that should see us finally win a game of football, At the moment, we're short in terms of luck but I believe we can create our own luck and start forcing fate to grant us wins in games. Victory in this double header should see us through to the next stage so hopefully our defence and attack are up to the task.

Wayne, Evans, Michael Owen, Giggs, Bebe are all missing through injury so Macheda, Gibson and Smalling could get a look in.
We've got Stoke away on Sunday and so we'll need to save a lot of that energy for that particular away trip.
